
This dressing is my new favorite thing: This is a lemon balsamic dressing using @pompeian Robust EVOO.
Here’s how to make it:

Burrata with a lemon balsamic dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pompeian Robust EVOO
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 3 tbsp balsamic
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 big pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp hot honey
- 1 minced garlic clove
