Baked Double Cream and Goat Cheese with Pepper Jelly

This decadent baked double cream and goat cheese app will be a holiday favorite!

This is your sign to spice up the cheese plate over the holiday season. I am all for a baked brie, but sometimes around the holidays I’m get bried out— and thats when you make baked double cream and goat cheese with pepper jelly and hot honey. It bakes the same way you make a regular baked brie and then you can even add a festive little puff pastry bow on top.

This app is sure to be a holiday crowd pleaser! You’re going to need two cheeses, Cana de cabra goat and triple cream cows milk. Stack these two on top of each other and a layer of pepper jelly in between the two — it’ll get all nice and melty and add some extra flavor. I used pepper jelly from Stonewall Kitchen. On top of the stock, you’ll add some hot honey! Then wrap it all of this up together in the puff pastry and bake. Pair with your favorite crackers, fruit, bread, meats, nuts etc.
