This avocado toast is topped with crab and sriracha mayo and makes the perfect mid-week lunch.

The Deets
I honestly get such immense satisfaction from a perfectly ripe avocado—it’s like the perfect little gift from nature. The creamy, buttery texture is just unbeatable. I definitely did this one justice with a delicious crab and avocado toast, topped off with a spicy sriracha mayo. To make the sriracha mayo is so easy – just do equal parts Japanese mayo and sriracha and combine. Or you can always buy it for ease! The sweetness of the fresh crabmeat pairs so well with the richness of the avocado, and that spicy mayo gives it the perfect kick. If you’re looking to recreate this at home, you can easily find fresh crabmeat at Whole Foods, or check out your local grocery stores or fish markets for the best quality. It’s the perfect dish to enjoy anytime, but especially on a weekend when you want to treat yourself to something flavorful. Hope you all have an amazing Saturday—treat yourself to something delicious today! Let me know if you make this in the comments and what you think. Be sure to check out my other toast ideas here!
