The Deets:
These crostinis are the ultimate go-to when you’re looking to create an easy yet impressive appetizer spread. These are my Cheddar Crostinis 3 Ways, each featuring a different variation of the rich and flavorful Cracker Barrel cheddar. They’re incredibly simple to prepare, but each bite bursts with so much delicious flavor.

I’ve used a classic sourdough bread for these crostinis, which provides a perfectly crispy and sturdy base to complement the smooth, sharp cheddar. The sourdough brings a light tang, which pairs wonderfully with the creamy texture of the cheese, making each crostini so so good.

What I love about these is the variety. Each of these different crostini options offers something unique—so whether your guests are fans of smoky flavors, savory herbs, or a little bit of spice, there’s a crostini for everyone to enjoy. These are ideal for a game-day spread, as they’re easy to assemble and perfect for serving in bite-sized portions.
