For the Feta: In a food processor, combine the feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, basil and black sesame seeds.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If the dip is too thick, add a splash more olive oil or a tiny bit of water to loosen. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add strawberries to a skillet and add balsamic and honey. Cook for about 2-3 minutes just until its bubbling and strawberries have softened slightly. You don't want them too mushy.
Add feta dip to a bowl and spread in an even layer. Top with strawberries and garnish with fresh mint and more black sesame seeds. Serve with pieces of toasted sourdough bread. Enjoy!
