In a food processor, blend pesto ingredients and season to taste.
Preheat oven to 350. Add pesto to baguette and top with shredded mozzarella, followed by prosciutto, then buffalo mozzarella.
Close sandwich and add some olive to a large oven safe skillet. Cook on medium to low heat for about 2-3 min to get bread crispy. Transfer to oven for about 7 more min or until cheesy is super melty. Enjoy!
