Preheat oven to 425. Remove tots from freezer and let thaw slightly (enough to slice into).
Add goat cheese, cream cheese, chives, salt, pepper to a bowl. Mix until creamy and combined. Make a slice lengthwise into each tot, making sure to not cut through the tot to the other side. Add a small spoonful of the goat cheese mixture to the tot.
Slice prosciutto into smaller pieces, about the length of the tot. Wrap around each goat cheese filled tot. Repeat with remaining tots and add to a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 min or until prosciutto and tots are crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve with chives, hot honey, balsamic glaze, or any other dressing you want. Enjoy!
