Peaches and Cottage Cheese Toast

Ingredients

  • Breakstone Cottage Cheese
  • Bread of choice this is sourdough
  • Peach
  • Prosciutto
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Hot honey
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions 

  • Coat bread in olive oil and cook in a skillet for 2-3 min per side. Spread cottage cheese on toast. Peel peach into ribbons and add to toast along with a few pieces of prosciutto. Drizzle hot honey and balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
