Mince veggies and combine in a bowl. Let sit while you make everything else. The longer these ingredients are combined, the better they taste.
Melt butter in a skillet on high heat. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl and then add to the pan. Turn heat to low, and then using a spatula, fold the eggs into each other to make ribbons. Turn off heat.
Add eggs, sliced avocado, veggie mix and feta crumbles to a wrap. Rinse the pan you cooked the eggs in melt in a little more butter. Fold wrap and add to a pan, pressing to the wrap is closed and secure. Cook for about 2-3 min per side. Slice and enjoy!
