Honey yogurt and peach toast with halloumi

- 1 peach
- halloumi
- bread of choice
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tsp hot honey
- olive oil
In a pan, add sliced halloumi and cook for about 3 min per side on medium heat (or until they get golden brown).
Coat bread in olive oil and add to the same pan. Cook for about 2-3 min per side.
Make your hot honey yogurt by combining both in a bowl. I used a healthy drizzle of hot honey, but you can use whatever is to your liking.
Add yogurt to toast and then top with peach slices and halloumi. Feel free to add an extra drizzle of honey to the top. Enjoy!
