Make garlic aioli by combining ingredients in a bowl and stirring until combined.
Toast bread and add deli ham and cheese in an even layer.
Add iceberg to a bowl and combine with vinegar, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Add to top of sandwich along with sliced avocado and red onion. Close and enjoy!
