Cheesy avocado breakfast sandwich with a chili crisp egg

Ingredients

  • bread of choice
  • 1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 cup fontina cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp chili crunch hot honey
  • sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 and add cheese to two pieces of bread. Baked until cheese is melted, about 3-5 min.
  • Add butter to a pan and then crack an egg. While egg is cooking, add chili crisp hot honey right to the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add avocado to melted cheesy bread and then add egg. Enjoy!
