Cheesy avocado breakfast sandwich with a chili crisp egg

- bread of choice
- 1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup fontina cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp chili crunch hot honey
- sea salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375 and add cheese to two pieces of bread. Baked until cheese is melted, about 3-5 min.
Add butter to a pan and then crack an egg. While egg is cooking, add chili crisp hot honey right to the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
Add avocado to melted cheesy bread and then add egg. Enjoy!
