Burrata toast with chopped pistachios and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Pistachios
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Good olive oil
  • Flaky salt / pepper
  • Burrata (I used half of a small ball)
  • Sourdough toast

Instructions

  • Coat your bread with evenly with olive oil and cook for 2-3 min per side on medium heat in a saute pan.
  • Spread burrata on toast and season with salt/pepper. Add tomatoes.
  • Roughly chop pistachios either with a knife or with a mortar and pestle and then add to toast. Season with more olive oil.Enjoy!
