Burrata toast with chopped pistachios and cherry tomatoes

- Pistachios
- Cherry tomatoes
- Good olive oil
- Flaky salt / pepper
- Burrata (I used half of a small ball)
- Sourdough toast
Coat your bread with evenly with olive oil and cook for 2-3 min per side on medium heat in a saute pan.
Spread burrata on toast and season with salt/pepper. Add tomatoes.
Roughly chop pistachios either with a knife or with a mortar and pestle and then add to toast. Season with more olive oil.Enjoy!
