Preheat oven to 400. In a baking dish, add Boursin, cherry tomatoes, olives, garlic, white wine, olive oil, lemon/zest, sea salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
While boursin is baking, cook pasta according to package, making sure it’s al dente. Don’t forget to reserve a splash of pasta water. Strain pasta.
When bake is done, give it a good mix. Add pasta and mix until everything is super creamy and combined. If you need to thicken it up at all, add a splash of pasta water as needed. Top with grated parmesan and chopped chives. Enjoy!
