Set oven to broil.
Shred chicken and add to a bowl along with BBQ sauce, yogurt, scallions and sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until creamy and combined.
Add all slaw ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Season to taste and adjust if you like it more pickly or creamy. This is really up to you.
Add shredded mozzarella to two slices of bread. Sprinkle a few red pepper flakes on there for a little extra heat. Broil for about 2-3 min or until cheese is bubbly.
Add a few scoops of the BBQ chicken and a scoop of slaw to the bread. Thats it! Enjoy!
