Preheat oven to 400. In a food processor, blend together softened goat cheese, whipped cream cheese, Parmesan, olive oil, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Spread in an even layer in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 min or until the sides are browned and the dip is bubbly.
While the goat cheese bakes, combine cherry tomatoes, parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, capers, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper, to a bowl. Mix and season to taste.
When goat cheese dip is cooled slightly, spoon the bruschetta dip over the top. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs.
Serve with crackers or crispy bread. Enjoy!
