Preheat oven to 400˚F. In a small bowl combine grated asiago, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Mix together.
Brush bottom of a baking dish with enough melted butter to coat the bottom, about 1 tbsp.
Sprinkle parmesan mixture in an even layer on the bottom of the baking dish. Top with baguette slices, leaving space between each piece. Lightly brush the tops of each piece of baguette with remaining butter.
Bake for about 16 minutes or until asiago has browned and crisped and the crostini are lightly toasted on top.
Using a spatula, break apart crisped asiago crostini pieces. Add whatever toppings you want, we opted for prosciutto, slices of honeycrisp apples and a drizzle of hot honey. Enjoy!
