You’ll notice in a lot of my toasts I love adding a nut or something with a little crunch and I have to say, pistachios in particular, are a game changer. This is a burrata toast with chopped pistachios and cherry tomatoes. Perfect to send us right into the weekend 👌🏼
Burrata toast with chopped pistachios and cherry tomatoes
- Cherry tomatoes
- Good olive oil
- Flaky salt / pepper
- Burrata (I used half of a small ball)
- Sourdough toast
- Coat your bread with evenly with olive oil and cook for 2-3 min per side on medium heat in a saute pan.
- Spread burrata on toast and season with salt/pepper. Add tomatoes.
- Roughly chop pistachios either with a knife or with a mortar and pestle and then add to toast. Season with more olive oil.Enjoy!
